Ashley Niggl-Aguiar, M.Ed., Ed.S., is the Director of Central Massachusetts for the BIRCh Technical Assistance Center, bringing over 12 years of experience in school psychology. A graduate of Worcester State University, she has dedicated her career to enhancing school-based mental health services and fostering community partnerships across Massachusetts. Previously, she served as a district-wide administrator as Head of Health, Wellness, and Safety, leading efforts to support counselors and psychologists and contributing to the district's recognition for Excellence in School Psychological Services. As an adjunct faculty member at Worcester State University, Ashley teaches courses in psychological consultation and neuropsychological assessment and provides PREPaRE training, equipping future school psychologists with essential skills in crisis response and assessment practices.
