The work of the TA Center is grounded in an equity-driven, Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) organized into three tiers at varying levels of intensity. An ISF approach is a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) framework that emphasizes the integration of community behavioral health supports to create and sustain comprehensive school behavioral health systems.
